Clavicle Superior Anterior with Lateral extension 2.7 mm / 3.5 mm Locking Plate can be used to solve the issue of nonunions, malunions, osteotomies and fracture fixation of the clavicle bone. 
Different plate available for left and right.
Available in Titanium and Stainless steel.
Undercuts for more efficient blood supply.
K wire hole for better placement of the plate.
Tapered tip for easy and better Insertion of the plate.
Screws accepted in the head are 2.7 mm locking and 2.4 mm locking screws rest combi hole screws can accept 3.5 mm locking, 3.5 mm cortical screw, 4 mm cancellous and 4 mm cancellous locking screw.
