Distal Tibia Metaphysical 3.5 mm / 5 mm Locking Plate can be used with 3.5 mm locking, 3.5 mm cortical screw, 4 mm cancellous and 4 mm cancellous locking screw for the head and 4.5 mm cortical, 5 mm locking  and 5 mm cancellous locking for the body.
